A 60-minute class that focuses on the key elements of Pilates for building core strength, improving flexibility and posture. This class is ideal for any ability level and complete novices to Pilates or exercise. Using simple and focused exercises, this class aims to improve your overall movement, engage muscles that are involved in core-stability and increases your awareness of your body. Also suitable for those suffering or recovering from any physical ailments such as back and neck pain, joint pain or post-surgery.
Equipment required: Pilates/Yoga mat, small folded towel or cushion
