This 45-minute low intensity class focuses on purely mobilising all the different joints in your body. If you attend Pilates, yoga and exercise regularly but feel like you need a good stretch, then this class is for you. Its a 45 minutes easy Pilates flow class that focuses on opening stiff joints such as your hips, knees, feet and your spine. Ideal for any level of ability.
Equipment required: A mat/carpet, small pillow, a folded towel (tennis/trigger balls/foam rollers are sometimes also used but home based alternatives are given)
